We started Kawal Rock Distillery from scratch, to show, and created a smooth and tasteful gins, done by fellow owner and distiller Louise Foster. 

We also have a Moscato wine, from our 60 year old muscat vines.

Sourcing the best fruit from Tumbarumba, Hilltops, and the Hunter there are few boutique wineries that can come close to rivalling Hungerford Hill in versatility and prominence."

Surrounded by the fresh fruit and berry orchards Pat was inspired by the freshness and began her preserve making career. Word soon got around the town of Forbes regarding the goodness of Pat’s traditional preserves that she expanded her range to also include pickles, relishes and gourmet salad dressings. (All of which were and still are gluten, preservative and additive free and low in sugar and sodium too.)

Peterson House if often the first Hunter Valley Winery visited on a trip to the Hunter Valley Region.

We have a beautiful Cellar Door, boasting over 40 varieties of sparkling wine, an award winning restaurant and a must join wine club. We also have a beautiful chapel and vineyard marquee!

The first vintage of Thomas Wines was produced in 1997, with an absolute focus and determination to specialise in producing top shelf examples of the two signature varieties of the Hunter Valley, Semillon and Shiraz. Andrew Thomas was recently named Hunter Valley Winemaker of the Year for 2023.

Together, we’ve developed three unique and nourishing alcohol-free sparkling teas that are low in sugar and added these to the collection. I built Vamp in my hometown Pokolbin with the vision that you will feel like you are in my lounge room! Launching it has been my dream for the last 10 years and to finally open in 2019 was one of my proudest achievements! Vamp by Lisa McGuigan, brings together my love of wine, fashion, design and of course 5-star hospitality! Bonjour Crêpes is a mobile crêperie dishing up authentic and delicious crêpes & galettes from our cutest marquee across the beautiful Central Coast and beyond.

 The founder is a native Frenchwoman from La Bretagne (Brittany), where crêpes and galettes originate from. She realized how hard it was to find a tasty crêpe and galette in Australia, the way she used to have it when she was in France. Only the finest ingredients find their way to our kitchen and are sourced from local providers. Using our founder’s family recipe from La Bretagne, our crêpes & galettes never fail to impress. The galettes – savoury crêpes – being made of buckwheat flour, we provide gluten free options.

Binnorie Dairy first opened its doors in The Hunter Valley on Hermitage Rd in 2003, in 2017 work began on Lovedale Rd in Lovedale for a purpose built Cheese Factory and tasting room.
